Shambala is a place of retreat for people with the desire and need to explore the meaning of their lives through spiritual awareness and practice, in an exquisite, nurturing and safe environment.
Shambala is not a ‘getaway destination’ and therefore requires a minimum of a three day stay.
The Shambala experience is an individual one with each guest experiencing personal sessions focusing on the specific contact with the soul and its direction to your life. This is a profoundly empowering experience, and will greatly activate your own awareness of yourself.
The rest of your stay will be in support and integration of this process with practices such as massage, meditation and yoga. Water exercise and beach walks are encouraged along with rest, self time, good food and great company.

With only 5 guest suites your stay will be private and restful. Each guest suite has a view to the sea with two having direct access to the garden and pool. Each suite has its own unique personality, en-suite bathroom and king size bed with luxurious Egyptian pure cotton sheets. Your suite will become your haven during your stay so all the little touches such as fresh flowers and candles will add to making your stay a truly memorable one.
Shambala is located at Palm Beach on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Flights depart from Rose Bay at 1530 hours and return from Palm Beach at 12 noon three days later.

Accommodation in Jonah’s is in the newly completed ‘Jonah’s Suites’. Each suite features king-size beds, exotic hand-crafted furniture and limestone bathrooms with jacuzzi spa baths situated so guests can lay back and enjoy the spectacular view.
Private balconies off each suite offer guests a place to enjoy a pre dinner cocktail, massage or a secluded spot to entertain friends.
Guests at Jonah's enjoy all the benefits of a five star hotel; beauty treatments by Jonah’s experienced spa therapist, 20cms shower-heads, gourmet room service, and complete block-out blinds for lazy long sleep-ins.
Televisions with FOXTEL, DVD and CD players feature in every suite in addition to internet access, reverse cycle air-conditioning, hairdryers and Bvlgari toiletries.
The fly/accommodation package consists of return seaplane flights from Rose Bay Sydney, 3 course à la carte dinner, accommodation in Jonahs suites and cooked breakfast.

Accommodation is available in the Cottage Point Inn’s premier apartment. This self contained apartment has a large separate living area, complete with balcony perfect for pre-dinner drinks and looks directly over the Hawkesbury River.
The fly/accommodation package consists of return seaplane flights from Rose Bay Sydney, 3 course à la carte dinner, accommodation in the premiere apartment and continental breakfast in your room.
