Think pure indulgence: the ultimate long weekend combining spectacular seaplane flights, fine dining and world-class accommodation. Simply exquisite.

DAY 1

Check into your luxurious Park Hyatt room and take a deep breath – this has got to be one of the most incredible locations in the world, take in the view from floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open up to your private balcony.

It’s much too easy to get used to, but before you know it’s time to get ready for dinner at the celebrated Guillaume At Bennelong, housed in one of the wings of the Opera House. The harbour view is quite unforgettable, but so is Guillaume’s superbly crafted cuisine – the freshest Australian produce served up with a decidedly French accent.

Take another bite, have another sip of wine and savour the moment to the full.

DAY 2

Wake up to a delicious breakfast at the Park Hyatt’s harbourkitchen&bar, listen to the water lapping and watch the food being prepared in the open plan kitchen. After breakfast take your time to explore Sydney’s colonial heritage around Circular Quay and The Rocks.

At 2:30pm, a Sydney Seaplanes water taxi awaits to whisk you off to our base at Rose Bay. Board a magnificent Beaver aircraft and enjoy a 20-minute flight over Sydney’s famous beaches to Pittwater, from where you’ll be transported a short distance to another piece of heaven, Jonah’s Whale Beach Retreat.

Perched high on a cliff, Jonah’s views will unleash another assault on your senses, but a cocktail or two may help you relax. Failing that, a dip in the jacuzzi presents a pleasant alternative.

Dinner at Jonah’s brings the second day of indulgence to a fitting close. Bon appétit!

DAY 3

Enjoy breakfast on Jonah’s balcony, more breathtaking views, more scrumptious food... oh well, you only live once.

At noon, your chauffeur will pick you up for your return seaplane flight to Rose Bay and, as you gently glide over the picturesque Northern beaches, you may well wonder if it was all but a dream.

No-one will ever know, but we are certain of one thing – you’ll never forget it.

Combine an exclusive backstage tour of Sydney’s iconic Opera House with a hearty Australian breakfast and a spectacular scenic flight for the perfect Sydney experience.

The intimate backstage tour grants you exclusive access to areas normally reserved for the stars and their crew. Commencing 7.00am at the Sydney Opera House and limited to a maximum of just eight people per tour, you will visit the backstage areas of one of the busiest performing arts centres in the world as it prepares for the day’s upcoming performances.

Step onto the Concert Hall stage where some of the world’s performing legends such as Dame Joan Sutherland and Pavarotti have stood; take up the conductor’s baton in the Opera Theatre orchestra pit; peek inside the dressing rooms of the stars and hear about the secrets and real-life dramas that go on behind the curtain.

The 2-hour backstage tour ends with breakfast in the Green Room, the private domain of performers and staff.

Following breakfast, board Sydney Seaplane’s water taxi for a harbour joyride from Sydney Opera House to Rose Bay, approximately a 20-minute journey.

Upon arrival at Rose Bay board your aircraft for our popular Sydney Secrets flight.

Enjoy the absolute highlights of Sydney’s famous coast and harbour, taking in the Northern Beaches – Manly, Curl Curl, Avalon and the iconic Palm Beach, where Australia’s favourite soap ‘Home and Away’ is filmed. Returning via the yachties paradise of Pittwater, we fly into Sydney Harbour for a circuit above the Bridge and Opera House before landing back at Rose Bay. Our sedate, high wing beaver aircraft is ideally suited for still or video photography.

On arrival in Rose Bay the water taxi awaits to whisk you back to Circular Quay, Campbell’s Cove or Darling Harbour.

Total tour duration is approximately 4 hours.

Take a look inside one of the world’s most recognisable architectural masterpieces and then fly above it on a spectacular Sydney seaplane flight.

Experience one of the busiest performing arts centres in the world, with new, rich audio-visual presentations and projections onto the internal fabric of the building. Commencing at 9am, your guide will take you on an emotional journey, a story to rival any opera plot with its dramatic twists and turns as you visit one or more of the Opera House’s daily live performance venues. Around 1,500 performances, from opera to circus, rock and cabaret, are staged each year to audiences of around 1.5 million.

On completion of the tour board the Sydney Seaplanes water taxi transfer from Sydney Opera House to Rose Bay, approximately a 20-minute journey through Sydney Harbour.
