Take off from Rose Bay’s Seaplane Terminal late morning and be wowed by a bird’s eye view over Sydney Harbour, travelling up Sydney’s famous golden beaches before landing at The Newport in time for lunch.
Choose from a shared four-course menu of the day where the emphasis is on fantastic fresh seasonal Australian ingredients, presented beautifully.
Savour your leisurely lunch, then be taken across the water to your waiting seaplane for your return flight with a final sensational circuit over Sydney’s iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge before landing at our wharf in Rose Bay.
